Drug transactions going on in the parking lot as I pulled in. Didn't stick around to see any thing else, once I walked in the lobby and no one was there to check me in and roaches running on the counter.
Definetly not what I expected...I just needed a place to sleep for weekend...I walked in and immediately smelled like it was a smoking room, the lady told me it was a non smoking room i tured off the air conditioner and kept the window opened..still smelled like smoke
The hotel is extended stay so there are people who might be living there. The room is very simple but well kept. Iâve stayed maybe four times as it is convenient for work and they have decent prices. The front door staff are friendly and helpful. The number one issue is roaches. I always see a few. It really bothers me and Iâm trying to find an alternative place to stay. The location is great for fast food and convenience stores.
Didnât get the room we booked. Gave us a single bed then argued about it essentially blaming Hotels.com. Mold in bathroom and overall bad service. We cancelled and found other accomodations.
The whole place smelled very strongly of weed and our room smelled like smoke. There were roaches on our bed and the walls. We got to our room and ended up leaving to find a different hotel because there was no way we were staying there.
Try to check in at the hotel on Sunday, January 19 around 10 PM. The front desk associate advised me that they had no rooms available for my reservation. He explained to me that there was some type of emergency and they had to move people around. I explained to him that my reservation was guaranteed with my credit card and I did not understand why the hotel had no room rooms available to accommodate my reservation. This situation left my family and I stranded. We live approximately three hours away from Washington DC and it was a icy night. The front desk gentleman was not very helpful to secure another hotel. The check in area at this hotel is approximately 2 x 4 with plexiglass at the check-in counter. There was no bell to notify the front desk person that I was there to check in. After awaiting a while, the front desk person appeared. I would appreciate a hotel.com. Customer service representative contact me to review the situation.
