The front desk had issues locating my reservation. I was told they no longer do business with hotels.com. I had to request to speak with the manager and he somehow found my reservation via expedia after I had spent a great deal of time on the phone speaking with hotel.com folks.
Terrible experience! I paid through Expedia but denied accommodation by hotel management. Hotel claimed they had stopped doing business with Expedia as Expedia isn't paying them. I had to pay again to stay the night.
