Everything was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location. Good breakfast with daily changes. Our room was very spacious with a balcony and watched the sunset. Enjoyed relaxing around the pool after visiting Angkor Wat. We would strongly recommend this hotel.
don t know who was above my room but they were up all night talking and moving it sounded like moving fufurniture around dragging across the floor loud enough to wake me every 15 minutes or so from 10pm to 3 am no sleep it wasn t pleasant r c
Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, lovely swimming pool with pool-side bar/restaurant, very spacious and clean room (we are three and stayed in a big room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed). The location is convenient (~15 mins of walk to National Museum and many places for local and Western food around the hotel, only 5 mins of walk to Lucky Mall where you will find a big supermarket, shops and resturants). To go to Pub Street / Night Market, just take a tuk tuk. The entrance and lobby of the hotel may not look the most appealing, but the facilities and staff definitely score very high marks. There is also a big Brown Coffee (Cambodia's version of Starbucks) just around the corner and you will enjoy spending some very relaxing time there! Will definitely recommend it to friends who travel to Siem Reap.
located a bit far from downtown, there was nothing special around hotel. Some staffs were unkind and poor in English, room cleaning was not completed, even nose pickings were on a wall beside bed. Satebox was not in function, I had to ask many times to change it for couples hours. Breakfast was so so.
Amazing staff. Nat on reception was so helpful and polite. she went above and beyond and made our stay so much better. Arranged all our tuk tuk rides. She even helped with a bank/lost card issue. Amazing. Manager was excellent too.
Great pool and happy hour/s. Cocktails were great.
Definitely would stay here again.
big room with big balcony. swimming pool is nice. there is also a bathtub. We are satisfied with our stay though hot water is not functinoning well during last night of our stay. The hotel prepared packed breakfast for us to catch our earlier flight.
This hotel is a bit away from pub street but has minimarts, restaurants and cheap laundry nearby. Close enough for an easy walk or 1 _ 2 dollar tuk tuk ride. The hotel itself was flawless. If I go back to Siem reap this is where I will stay no question.
wasnt sure what to expect so I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I got out of the tuk tuk. Nothing was a problem. All the staff were pleasant and attentive. The pool was lovely. Breakfast good. Bar well priced and well stocked. Had one small issue with dodgy power to the room but they moved me to another straight away and next day the electrician was there fixing it. I have already recommended this hotel to others on my trip.
