Paid untill 15.00 we've been kicked out at 12.00. Owner everywhere with his dog and very rude (taking piss out of my wife). Dog's poo everywhere (next to the swimming pool). Rooms very dirty. Staff rude and not friendly. We 've been told we can check out anytime but on third day we've been given the breakfast at 11.00 and told to get out at 12.00. Very disappointed. Owner treating people not fairly. too far from marrakech. Drain smell in the room all the time. Won't recommend this riad to anybody. Owner is foreign so won't find any authenticity in this riad. For less money you can find better riads. For the money we've paid we could have got better treatment.
This guest house is in a bad location, the asking price is really excessive.
We stayed there for 2 nights, our room was not made up.
The service is really mediocre. Add to this the arogance of Halima the manager.
We must not rely on appearances.
We were three adults, my daughter slept on a mini sofa. The height of the story is that we shared the stay with the doberman dog of the (absent) owner who slept and walked in the corridor slon and dining room interior
Catastrophe!
