The picture was extremely flattering. Itâs actually rather dirty and in a not very nice neighborhood. It didnât matter because our door code didnât work and there was no one on property, so we went to another hotel. I contacted the hotel, they told me the code worked. They kept our deposit. My question is why ask for a review when you made no effort to rectify the situation.?
Old building the room was clean with some facilities, canot expect much for what paid. The AC should be change is very old and noisy is place directly on top of bed. They ask to fill a form with a lot things as $500 fee if there smoke smell in room, and many other charges they dont accept responsability even if toilet does not flus
It was truly so amazing! I had a great time, questions answered, they felt like they were there if needed at all times, and gave recommendations too for the area! Great stay.
The location is just perfect. Parking (free) on the site is perfect. Communication is fantastic, text, WhatsApp, any question - no problem. Everything is clean - towels, sheets, plates, glasses - anything you might need. The shower was hot and plenty of water. Huge fridge.
Their idea of customer service is messaging you daily to check in, promising to solve things, and doing nothing.
Thursday morning reported that I was having issues with the light. It wasn't fixed by checkout on Saturday. All they had to do was send someone to replace a lightbulb. Seriously, a lightbulb.
By itself, not enough for me to leave a review. But then they promised to email me two free nights since they never took care of the light. Surprise, they did not.
Also, unrelated, I had to use a bottle labeled as dish soap to wash my hands. Didn't see any hand soap in the room.
Great location, but you get what you pay for. Zero frills kind of place basically a hostel that you donât have to share with anyone. My first room had a horrific mildew smell and the management team was really helpful and moved me to a new room eventually so thereâs that at least.
There was mold growing from the air conditioner. You could smell the mold the second you entered the room. Ended up staying with a friend - i would not recommend saying here

By far the most filthy hotel I have EVER seen (and I've stayed in 1000's of place across the world). The ceiling has a giant hole, drywall falling down from water damage, the shower is filled with black mold and tiles are falling off the wall. Show-stopperâI found a bug in the bed. Oh, then there's the overflowing dumpster at the entrance and dead cat on the sidewalk. I had to leave and stay on a friend's couch until I could get a new place, and Rocketstay refuses to consider any type of refund, saying that they have since sent maintenance to address the problem. I saw how they 'addressed' these problems in the past (previous mold painted over in the shower. This place should be condemned. Not as advertised!!

You get what you pay for. The inside of the room was very clean, but the bathroom faucet did not work and the ceiling was crumbing outside of my room. Good location.
