Personnel accueillant mais ne parle pas trĂšs bien anglais pour certains.
La chambre est correct et propre mais pas de fenĂȘtre dans la chambre. Donc juste pour dormir. Absolument rien Ă faire autour de lâhĂŽtel.
The Hipster is a no-frills place to stay if you are like us and just sleep there, leaving early in the morning and returning at night.
PROS: Near the airport. Quiet side street. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. Inexpensive taxi / tuk-tuk ride into the city. Comfortable small lobby area.
CONS: Not in the downtown area, so you just can't go out and walk around. Very no-frills rooms, just a typically hard Thai bed, wall mounted TV and small table on the porch area. Bathrooms could use an upgrade. Parking on the street can be a challenge.
All in all, I would return to the Hipster. It's more like a hostel than a hotel; the logo even has a backpacker on it. None of the flash of the big downtown hotels, but none of the crowds, traffic congestion and noise either.
I stayed at this hotel for one night.
With this price, I did not expect much. But this hotel surprise me with very good condition hotel, Good Bed, Everything is new. They also provide free drinking water at the lobby.
Moreover, The staff is very friendly. I recommend this hotel!
Close to the airport and helpful for late arrivals but far from the centre. It has a small shop for emergency toiletries and snacks. The bathroom needs a lot of improvement and the sheets had stains. Dark halls and walls are thin , you can hear what is happening next door. The breakfast was all sweet, instant food.
