The rate we paid thru Hotels.com was much higher than the rates our friends paid fir other 2 rooms. They made the reservations directly thru Hilton.com. We are very disappointed with this issue.
The accommodations were good but, the toiletries very limited: not even hair conditioner nor even hands lotion.
The staff were excellent from the front desk to the food service area. However, I did not like the bed. It felt soft to begin with and then after laying in it for a few minutes it felt as hard as a rock. Also, I did not like having to pay an extra $100 per night for my dog. I think a fee if ok, but if no problems are found after we've left the room at the very least half of the "fee" should have been refunded.
I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn! The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was very helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the location was perfect â just a short drive to the beach and close to lots of great dining spots in Historic Downtown Melbourne. Highly recommend!
I liked the buffet very much as well as convenient location off I-95 and the price of my stay was reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. Complementary toothbrush was used since my wife forgot to pack one. Although there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, there are lots of dining options in the vicinity. Free and easy parking were a big plus.
