It is actually a nice hotel. Staffs are nice and helpful. However, tourists who don't know Mandarin are not suggested to choose this hotel as the staffs don't know English.
There are shuttles going to Shanghai Disneyland everyday. It's around 1 hour per bus until 11am, but just one bus returning to the hotel at 9pm, which is earlier than the park closing time. If you wish to watch the firework, you'll nees to take a taxi which is around RMB¥22 from the resort taxi station.
One thing that was quite disappointed is this hotel was marked on Expedia saying that all room provide with free breakfast, which is actually wrong. The staff told me if we book from other websites, the email sent to the hotel will show clearly whether the costumer has chosen breakfast or not. But on Expedia, rooms were assumed with breakfast for sure without notifying the hotel. If we add breakfast to the stay, it costs RMB¥40 each day. Luckily, there are supermarket and many restaurants around that opens really early in the morning.
