Grand bel hĂŽtel, mais personnel assez amateur. La piscine est plutĂŽt bien, pas grand monde pour un grand espace. Recommandable aussi pour la taille de la chambre

Vissa siter klassade hotellet som ett femstjÀrnigt hotell vilket var orÀttvist mot hotellet dÄ priset pÄ rum ej var femstjÀrnigt.
Sammanfattningsvis ett bra hotell med bra lÀge. Men en kreativ ledning skulle kunna göra det till ett utmÀrkt hotell.
Hotel reception can't find my booking, althougth i show my booking record, at the end they find the booking with other name because data enter mistake.
After i go up the room, there is not my room type in my booking, i need to ask reception again, this time they says room type name and picture are not match in hotels.com by marketing team foul.
The wifi is not work, i need to ask reception again.
The shower head is break but i dont want to go reception again, it's so hard to report the items one by one.

The Hotel I like a TEMU version of a 5 star hotel and they present it as such top of the line. If they made a quality test it wouldnât get over 3 stars in western quality.
Cheap solutions, procrastination of service and no willingness to service their customers.
This isnât the hotels fault - itâs the Hotels/expedia responsibility not to oversell a product.
This is definitely NOT a five star hotel. The rooms were big and spacious and the bed was comfortable but thatâs about it. Could use some updates and also the room service was pretty much non existent. I tried to order 3 times and each time, they called back and told me the items I wanted were unavailable even though they were on the menu.
