The room was clean and had dishes, a dish washer and a full refrigerator and freezer. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat. When I was checking in I had to wait at least 5 minutes for someone to show up at the desk. Most of the TV channels did not work and when I called the desk I was put on hold and did not get an answer. The water pressure in the shower was very low and the lighting in the bathroom room was poor. The breakfast was ok for continental service.
The bathroom is very small for a room that sleeps up to 6; hate it when you have to squeeze around the toilet!
The bedding is not great, very lightweight and thin.
The hotel was clean and staff nice. One odd thing was that they seem to use bed skirts as blankets. The bed was made with a bed skirt as a blanket and my son was given a bed skirt to use as a blanket for the pullout couch. I never said anything but wonder if staff doesnât know what a bed skirt is or if thatâs all they had. Also the weekend staff member who was working the breakfast food didnât keep food or other necessities stocked and several times guests had to go to the front desk to ask for things.
For the rooms to be over 100.00 a night the breakfast could be a lot better and they donât let you fix your own food thereâs someone standing there asking what you want and cook it instead of it being fixed already and you just put it on your plate. It wasnât much to choose from very basic
The hotel beds were very comfortable! Easy to navigate to and from hotel with lots to do in the area. The only downfall of this hotel was the breakfast was lacking. There weren't much of anything to offer for breakfast and the milk in the cooler was expired but otherwise an enjoyable stay.
