Extended weekend stay for Sonic Temple Music Festival. Hotel was comfortable and very clean. Location was excellent, easy short drive to festival and close to several downtown restaurants, shops and bars. Hotel has a nice outdoor patio area with a fire pit. Parking can be a little tight, especially if you drive a full size truck or SUV. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay. I'd stay here again.
The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the lady taking care of breakfast was very helpful and keeping the buffet clean and restocked. Checkout was super simple and the hostess very sweet. The hotel being on the 2nd level made parking feel super safe since we were not on the street. The only thing I felt uncomfortable about was we were in a room with an adjoining door. I felt like it needed extra security for the adjoining door.
The hotel was okay. I can hear every car going by, toilet paper and paper towels were thin. No hand soap in the kitchenette or bathroom. Bed was comfortable enough and the room was very soacious compared to most hotels
The pictures looked great in the listing but property didn't live up to them. Felt like I was catfished. Shower was mediocre, pressure was okay but the hot water capacity was nice. Bathroom door was broken. Bed was terrible. Tried breakfast the first morning and it was meh. Setup isn't great if there's more than a couple people wanting breakfast.
Definitely not on my list of places to stay when I fancy Columbus again. I should have waited and booked the junto or something else last minute for not much more. Booking ahead and trusting Hilton was not the play. This is one in the portfolio to look past
