Park Inn is under construction, should of been made aware before arrival was moved to Radisson next Door, check in and other staff was very nice.
However getting clean towels on day 2 was a challenge, 3 ppl in room got 1 towel ? Has to request again.
Some of the towels was in poor condition had hole and look very used..
We loved this hotel. The room was really clean and it was very convenient and close to the airport for our overnight layover. I would definitely stay here again!

It was terrible start to finish! Donât offer someone a room to swap to because the first one is terrible, then have a dinner plate sized puke on the couch and still ask if we want it.
List of issues:
-all furniture stained with body fluids
-stains on pillows
-pillows were just the covers stuffed with cut up foam
-pillows were extremely small, 2/3 at best of a regular pillow
- no blanket on the bed during winter, just a thick sheet in between two other sheets
-no attempt to fix the issue and clean up
-huge dents in walls
-unfinished ceiling in kitchenette
-door lock was not working
-staff didnât care about the issues
-breakfast was not as promised in booking as that was part of the decision. No fruit, cereal, anything except and egg, hashbrown, ham. 2of 3 my partner cannot eat. They used only warm tepid tap water when asking for tea
-every piece of furniture in hotel is stained and dirty
The worst hotel experience I have ever had. I reported them to the hotel chain head company.
They booked us into this hotel even though itâs closed for Renoâs. Show up to a construction zone. Asked at the Radisson next door and thatâs our hotel. Very confusing and frustrating in the middle of the night after a long flight
I was disappointed that the property was closed and no notices were sent to notidy me of it. I got there and was told the property was closed. No notices on the door or anywhere on what to do.With the weather being extremely cold and the icy conditiins, i had to go across to Radisson to inquire. The lack of communication or apology was quite unprofessional and nonchalant.
