No me gustĂł. Problemas con los pagos, ya me aparece el cargo e hicieron que volviera a pagar que porque no se reflejaba el pago y en mi banca mĂłvil ya estaba
Itâs said room services but no they donât offer anything and the bathroom was dirty at the check in time everything else was ok the staff were really nice and kind đ
This place would be OK if you had a car the Hotels.com site says itâs within walking distance to the beach. It is absolutely not. Itâs on a dangerous highway with no bridge cross over folks at the front desk. They do not walk to the beach. The hotel was willing to let me out of the deal, but I had to go through Hotels.com. Nine days later, Hotels.com still couldnât get me out of it, even though the property manager said that they could via the app. They donât sweep the whole floors or mop, they donât give you fresh towels when you put them on the floor, there wasnât hot water for the first three days, the shower door is Jenny and sometimes doesnât close all the way or open to get out.
They do serve chilaquiles every morning but they run out of fresh fruit if you are not first up. I wasnât aware until the last day, but they put some beer and little ham sandwiches out in the evening/afternoon. So that was nice. You can see the end of the peninsula from the roof. The pool is ice cold.
The staff were incredible, but the overall cleanliness was lacking in the room. Old and stained towels, bathroom was not the best and the sheets had some stains. The elevator wasnât even wiped clean. Our room didnât have WiFi connection which was awful. The redeeming qualities were the view from the pool upstairs and the friendly staff. The breakfast wasnât bad, but this kid kept coughing so I didnât want to eat. Overall, they are much better places to stay. Lesson learned - donât believe pics online and do not compromise comfort.
