I booked for two nights with Expedia. An hour later, I contacted the Property and asked them if I can change it to one night. They replied, yes. When I went to the property and I asked to change it, they said they canât change it. They upgraded me to a suite as A compensation But the place was filthy There is piss If not more on the couch
The hotel is alright but the general service is terrible for the price. TV didn't work, no coffee or tea or water in rooms (despite having kettle), terrible breakfast (plate of cold cuts put in front of me, no choice), general indifference of staff. Hardly anyone else seemed to be staying there and I can see why. The rooms are otherwise fine.
