The hotel is well located and the service is correct. The room is quite simple and empty. The problem is we have been given a welcom cocktail ticket for two at the reception, it was a great idea. But before our check-out, we did not find a moment to use it, then we have discussed with the employee of reception that day and asked if it is possible for us to use it for our next trip in Strasbourg (since there is no date mentioned or using conditions mentioned on the ticket). The answer is yes, and we appreciate very much this flexibility. The surprise is when we came back to the hotel on 28/09 and eventually want to use this ticket, the answer is no. Then I explained that we asked before and your colleague said Yes, otherwise we would have used it anyway before our last departure. At the that moment, the bar is empty and even the coffee machine is available, but nobody wanted or really cared us to give a minimum commercial arrangement. I did not insist, but still feel kind of disappointed. Sometimes, there is no cost for doing a small kind thing, but it does make a big difference somehow.
