This hotel needs some serious renovation. Itâs very tired looking and Everything is falling apart. No hot water, no drinking water in room and bathroom door doesnât close because bed itâs in the way.
We paid for a Master suite - which is a 2bedroom suite. We were told that they didnât have this exact room and apparently they will upgrade us to a premium room! As we got to the room it looked like a standard room with a Queen size bed and a small single roll out bed.
This was frustrating! Eventually we got our master room but pls do better with getting bookings right and donât think you can just downgrade customers without any compensation!!
Room itself was really nice and spacious!
Room wasnât cleaned and ready by 2pm- check in time on site. Staffs were unorganized. Wrong room was initially given from what we booked on Expedia. The first room we went in was full on ants, dust and a beetle. Staff sprayed insect repellent without taking into consideration my 6yr was standing beside him. He then began sweeping and mopping. Once confirming with him what room we booked, he said this is not the one and then we were redirected to another room on ground level. That room was fine but all this process took more than an hour. Spoke with the owner and he promised to upsize the room to VIP but he backed off with the offer once we returned from
Visiting some families in Lautoka. He then said he will provide free breakfast in return and stuck to his words. Place is very beautiful but staff service and cleanliness is what matters the most.
