The owner is extremely customer friendly and does everything to make your stay a pleasure: tips for visits, suggestions for breakfast, always smiling and welcoming... A really good experience you'll like to have in every hotel.
if there are some "-" to share, I would talk about these little details that make difference but an exceptional hotel and a great hotel : sun-beds around the pool are tired and need to be renewed, a few breakfast items that could be improved (eggs, orange juice...). It's not critical but it would definitely improve the hotel.
overall though, a VERY VERY good place to stay in Meteora delivering a great customer experience.
