« Every ski season for the last 20 years finds us at Keystone. We always stay in a condo or townhome either at River Run or very close by! I do have to say, this was by far one of the absolute best places we have stayed! Very comfortable, short walk to RR, beautiful kitchen and the jetted tub was the icing on the cake! In fact, we are going back up in about two weeks and I will, for the first time ever, strive to reserve this exact same location! »

« A humidifier was available but the room was still very hot. One of the two elevators was not working. We were fortunate since our room was still accessible but it was a busy week and since one of the elevators was
out of service the wait time was increased. Also, the change machine was out of order. This is a simple thing to address but yet it wasn’t. »

« The property is in a great location. Great outdoor grill, hot tubs and pool. The pool table top is ripped. It was difficult to open the mini fridge and the Murphy bed was noisy when you moved and then we could not push it back up in the wall. They need to fix the Murphy bed and refrigerator. »

« Keystone is a pretty temperate area. No AC in the room is usually not an issue. Temps were a bit higher than normal and the condo was warm during the day. Dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet. Furniture could stand to be updated. In short, you here are little details that would have made this property outstanding. »

« The room was nice but the property management company was a disaster. I will never stay here again. We chose the location because of its access to the mountain. Upon arrival we were very displeased to learn that while the condo was walkable to the lifts, the office (where we had to go for the key) was a drive away. All the convenience of staying close to the mountain was lost. They provided no help or assistance. »
