« This was our last night away and we had a great night, the room had a hot tub on the balcony facing the beach it was lovely. We also had a tatami room and king size bed which was very comfortable. Fantastic spot. »

« five star service. incredible value in restaurant. staff the best ever encountered in thirty countries around the world. owner needs to invest in updating interior finishes and in more maintenance staff. deep cleaning needed in all rooms especially top-down dusting from high spots. owner needs to invest in new mechanical systems (air conditioning, in-ceiling heating units). owner needs to invest in updating built-in bathroom plastic vanities. »

« It is a very good, nice and helpful hotel and some staffs talk very good English. Their rooms are clean and no smell. Hot springs are good, have a good garden, surrounding by green grass environment. I have a very good experience on hiking here. »

« Le personnels est particulièrement serviable et aimable. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidé. Si vous voulez faire une activité vous pouvez demandez à l'accueil. Ils ont parfois des réductions. Notre chambre était incroyable et la dame qui nous a donné notre chambre a pris le temps de tout bie nous expliquer malgré notre arrivée tardive. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil ! »

« A quelques minutes à pied de la gare, une famille très charmante, très bien accueilli, une chambre spacieuse qui donne sur la rivière avec wc et lavabo. Les onsens à quelques mètres, le charme de la station avec en prime les festivités. Attention pour les restaurants, beaucoup sont fermés le soir. Magnifique étape! »

« We were greeted with freshly made hot tea and cakes, and an incredibly informative introduction to the hotel, amenities, and local area. They also provided wine in the lobby and an open bar with multiple drinks and small snacks until midnight and 0200 respectively which was almost unbelievable until we saw it ourselves. »

« Remarquable lieu typiquement japonais. Le service est extrêmement aimable et attentionné. Nous y avons divinement mangé les plats nippons servis en salon privé, tant au dîner qu'au petit-déjeuner. Une expérience à decouvrir pour qui veut vivre à la japonaise. »

« We had a nice stay in one of the deluxe Japanese rooms. It was a treat for us and we felt well taken care of. We chose the half board option and the food and service felt special. The accommodation is just off the main strip but still very close. We really enjoyed our 2 nights. I would have liked to choose between an upper floor or lower floor as I pictured having a garden attached to our open air bath (I am probably being unrealistic so this is on me!), but it was still very lovely! »

« Property located about 15 min walk from the main Onsen strip but it provides shuttle service to the strip every half hour. Rooms are large and very nice. Most notable is their buffet dinner and breakfast is excellent with various delicacies almost comparable to high end restaurant but with so much more variety. »
