We joined with our family for a two night stay for New Years. We had 7 rooms. We have stayed here before and have liked it a lot. This time was not the best experience though. There were some issues with a couple of the rooms where doors didn’t work properly, and they said there was no maintenance people there to help. We had a confusing checkin experience which was stressful. At breakfast there was no syrup for the waffles, and when they still did not have any the second morning we ran to a store to purchase our own. They also only had two out of four juice choices available, and then those two ran out. There were no forks left the second morning, and we were there fairly early. There were many more customers who came later than us, and had a poor experience also. We were really surprised that they didn’t prepare for the supplies they would need, and especially when it was the same or worse the second morning. I don’t think we will take our family there again. Our experience was not up to Hilton standards for sure.
