A hidden gem
Check in is a bit late, but their front desk is very helpful. You can leave your baggage there in storage lockers until you check in so you can go sight seeing until check in. They also provide free buffet breakfast with an amazing spread. The monorail station is close by so it’s very convenient. The area didn’t seem crowded and traffic seemed light.

Check in was self serve and very efficient. We were assisted by a representative for an upgrade to our room. Hotel was in a good location for monorail to Haneda airport and had many dining choices nearby. Neighborhood was very clean and safe. The room was comfortable.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The only reason I did not give it an excellent rating is due to the beds. They are very, very firm, which made getting a full night’s sleep difficult for me. Otherwise, I loved the convenience, free breakfast, and other amenities offered by this property. Would consider staying again… especially if the beds were better!

Cannot fault this hotel. It has everything you need. The rooms are small but don't lack in facilities. We found it to be clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast, although will have queues, they move very quickly, and staff replenish food regularly- lots to choose from and all fresh and delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful- thank you to the staff members that helped us sort out our luggage forwarding forms. We were grateful for the use of the luggage storage room as well as the free shuttle bus to Shinagawa station. Overall, I think it was excellent value for money, would highly recommend this Toyoko Inn and will stay in future again

Always busy business hotel. Key points are free shuttle bus from and to Shinagawa train station and the Free breakfast including. Check-in and out system are computerized, so if you are not familiarized their system you would need assistance to check-in and out. Before 6:30am opening the restaurant, people are ｌline up to get their breakfast. It is the basic business hotel but good enough to sleep comfortably and get free breakfast. If we don’t have time to eat breakfast on site, you can make take-out meal by yourself.
