We are done with Marriott
We tried to contact the hotel at the number on their confirmation email to let them know we would be arriving late. The call center options did not fit this but it redirected me until I made a different choice rather than allowing me to speak to a person. The person I eventually reached said they could not locate us and the reservation number provided in Marriott ‘s email was not correct. We gave up and just went to the hotel, which had our reservation, but then we were told of a $100 pet fee we had to pay to stay with our dog. We had not been made aware of this at booking and we have stayed at other Marriott properties without incurring this fee. Marriott’s management has set up a terrible approach to their customers.
