Samphire is a Michelin-starred brasserie which goes all out on local luxury. The menu takes its inspiration from the island, featuring Jersey black bream and Jersey scallops, plus cauliflower risotto, beef Rossini, and fish fresh from the market. Ocean Restaurant is a luxurious gourmet restaurant inside the Atlantic Hotel on Jersey’s west coast. The original branch of Jersey Crab Shack (2 outlets are in Gorey and St Helier) commands a breathtaking view through its huge windows. Soft white sand gives onto blue seas and the 15th-century Fisherman’s Chapel. The terrace is furnished with brightly painted benches, while the inside is decorated with striped wallpaper.
The star of the show is crab, served in California-style tacos, Vietnamese bánh mì, poutine, linguine or fritters. You can also enjoy king prawns, chilli squid, burgers, and several creative veggie options. Naturally, the dessert menu revolves around ice cream, either in a sundae or affogato with espresso.

Feast Restaurant does a little bit of everything, making it one of the most popular restaurants for families in Jersey. Banjo is a European brasserie in one of St Helier’s most remarkable buildings, a renovated Victorian gentleman’s club. The historic brasserie and dining room are splendidly decorated with plush leather chairs, gilt-edged mirrors and period-inspired wallpaper. In the bar, full-size trees grow under a glass atrium.
The menu roams from Europe to Asia and beyond.
