I had a HUGE problem with my stay at the Westin Hotel. I stayed for 4 days. (Sold my home & was waiting on the new home to be ready)
My 2nd day there I was leaving and stopped by the front desk & asked for my key cards to be re-Keyed. I explained that I lost one of my keys and I would feel safer if he made new ones all together for me. When I came back an hour & a 1/2 later, someone had been in my room, and took some of my things. I was extremely upset. So either they did it wrong when he made new keys or someone went up to the front desk and was given one, yet I am the only one registered. I had to leave again for my daughter's birthday party. When I got back all they did was change my room 2 stories up. I told one of the men that I really didn't want to stay there anymore, but it was late & I wasn't going to pack my stuff and find another place to go. I am pretty sure I know who it was who entered my room, but the point is that it never should have happened. That could have ended up being really bad. I feel like I should at least not had to pay for my stay. Because of whoevers mistake it was, costed me dearly, other then the $925 it took to get the room. I am not at all happy with my stay.
