Amazing breakfast but the service was terrible. Other than that it was a rad hotel. Iâve stayed here before and the service was the same. Fix that and it would be and amazing stay.
The hotel is very convenient is attending a local musical concert. You can park and ride the Gateway Clipper to and from concerts. Some downsides to the hotel was there is no water pressure in the hotel room or restrooms. Also the breakfast buffet was subpar for $21 per person.
I'm so glad they updated their rooms because the last time we stayed at the Sheraton, the rooms seemed super outdated. I appreciate how the hotel is also trying to be more eco-friendly in that they've gotten rid of the little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. and now just have refillable bottles--that's a huge thumbs-up from us. Great location in terms of Station Square, but it is quite a bummer that many of the restaurants around the hotel are no longer there, such as Joe's Crab Shack, Buca di Beppo, and Hard Rock Cafe. In that way, Station Square seems a lot less lively and exciting than it used to be. Overall, though, we had a nice time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the views from our city-facing window were great!
Beautiful hotel! We were there for a concert overnight and it was so clean and had a nice restaurant and bar inside. We ate brunch the next morning and it was delicious! It was close to a few other restaurants/bars and a short cab ride over to the arena.
