Sadly most of the staff was unfriendly (except one guy who showed us our dorm room) and not motivated to interact with residents or help (some even ignored the guests). Lots of the inventory (e.g. showers or dorm room beds) was broken and needed repair, but no one seemed to care. Also, it‘s one thing to set up strict rules, but the other thing is how you communicate them to the guests. We didn‘t feel welcomed and were happy when we finally left.
