Poor, smelly and lazy
Terrible service, horrible breakfast, everything is scarce, cold milk, few slices of bread, no cream cheese. Most days we are hungry because they do not replace the things that run out, dirty rooms, dirty bathroom and toilet, the room and hallways smell really bad, room keys do not work well, no MIRROR, dark, smelly sheets. the pool area with mattresses thrown outside. GYM DOES NOT WORK like they said it would, closed pool, THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOM, they just come in and put other towels, the bed was never made, trash was never removed, toilet was never cleaned. EVERYTHING TOO DIRTY. I really have NOTHING positive to say about our experience! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
-Dark, musty smell, no large mirrors on the wall
- Disgusting breakfast. Everything is missing from that place, from utensils to even food. Nothing is replaced if it runs out, VICE WILL BE LEFT WITHOUT FOOD.
- The attendants always have a bad face, giving bad answers. You can see on the faces of all the employees how lazy they are. Not helpful at all.
- Signs everywhere saying THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING
- The sheets smell really bad, nothing smells clean
- They charge to clean the room but since the day we stayed they haven't even tidied the bed
