Check in was as usual. The front desk agent was very nice and informative. The room, I checked and the first thing you will notice is the smell. You have to turn on the ac to circulate the air. I did not like what I saw after I turned down the beds, and requested another room, which was not a problem. The night clerk questioned why I did not check the room before I turned down the beds. We are guests not quality assurance management. I did not have time to inspect the room in full until the beds were turned down close to midnight.
The second room was a bit equivalent and we checked out that morning.
The room I was given was leaking water from the sink behind the wall and under the carpet in front of the sink... The said they "thought it was fixed" but it wasn't...
The older Caucasian man at the front desk was very rude. My room was dirty with cobwebs and dirty sheets of someoneâs butt prints. The phones were dirty and toilets.
