Well, as soon as I arrived, the concierge decided to charge me for valet. However, when I told them that valet was already included in my package, they insisted on keeping $300 on hold. So, I agreed for them to keep it on hold.
Next, two days later, there were two more charges on my account $292 and $10.
When I went downstairs to talk about the charge, they told me that it was a "hold," and I was wondering why I needed to pay for another hold when I tipped the valet and paid out of pocket for my food.
He finally cancelled the charges.
A few days after I left the hotel, there was another charge of $14.94 again for no reason. I hope they do not claim damages because I took pictures of the room before I left, and there was no damage.
At this point, I am glad I checked my account every day, because I did not trust that they would reimburse me my money if I did not check.
Was my stay pleasant? Yes, it was, but I wouldn't recommend it because I believe the hotel was irresponsible with my money.
