It was not a good situation. I drove 2 hours to stay the Hyatt for my daughter's softball tournament just to find out they did not have power. They didn't even notify me. The power finally came back on, but then the next morning there was no water so we couldn't take showers, brush our teeth, etc. They were poor comunicators. As far as I'm concerned I received 50% of a hotel. It should have been 50% of the cost. The manager could care less about mine or any other's dissapointment.
