Unfortunately everything started on the wrong step during my stay at this property. After reaching the hotel, around 19pm, my wife, my 2,5-year daughter and my mom they put us to wait around 20 minutes to check in while the lady responsible for it was serving other guests on the terrace. I went 2 times to ask her if something was wrong, and she told me that I should wait because that was not a hotel, but their business is just renting apartments, which was really hard for me to understand since the name of this property is Mariettas RESORT.
Before checking IN, the responsible lady told me that everything should be fine in the apartment, but they didn't manage to renovate the kitchen. Of course, it was a trick to give me another apartment, not like the one I booked, and it's shown in the property pictures.
After a few minutes, I went to talk to her again and to ask about how we don t have even a coffee machine in the apartment as it was shown in the screenshots of the apartment I booked, and her reply was:' The other apartment is booked now, so if you have any complains, please call Expedia so they could find you another property, which of course I did. All this time, the responsible lady addressed me with: 'My friend', which I didn't find really nice.
