We booked one of the suites. When we wanted to extend our stay we had to move rooms and got an upgrade. That was excellent. Not so good: the heated pool was cold, the water dispenser in the lobby was hardly ever refilled, minibar was never refilled, our room faced the elbe river- loud music until midnight, sometimes longer. Breakfast was good, but got boring after the first couple of days.

Overall the room was great and even though i didn't have a view if the Elbe, I had a lovely view of the Christmas Market. And i couldn't hear the noise. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. However, there was no kettle provided. The hotel bar did cocktails, but couldn't do classics like negroni. Beer was slightly pricier than bars a few minutes away. I didn't really enjoy the bar.
