Food was great. Customer service was good overall, until we notified the front desk that there was underwear and socks left in our room from a previous guest? This was concerning to us as well as possible blood spots on the bathroom door frame. Front desk made aware of these discoveries and was shown pictures of our concerns, but offered no remedy except to note it and speak with a manager. I truly expect more from Marriott. Do better. This room was over $500/night and we have to wonder if it was even cleaned properly before we arrived .
Check in was a challenge because there was a Marathon planned for the next day. Once I got there checked in was good and the underground parking was convenient.
The decor is dated but the staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty.

Was supposed to be a corner view with a king bed.
The bed was a queen bed, and the AC / heating did not work at all. Made for a very unpleasant sleep in 80 degree temps inside a sealed hotel room. Good chance will not stay here again
Hotel.com advertised my room as sleeping 4 and when we got to the room there was only a king bed. The second day the hotel gave us a different room and a discount. Everyone was very nice. The room was clean.
I was attending a large event. I felt both the meeting accomodations and room accomodations were nice. The staff was friendly and efficient. And all the areas except a very busy bathroom area were clean.
