Felt very embarrassed at check in. Could not understand what they were saying. "We need a dollar to register your card". Had no idea what they were talking about. I stated "I had no idea what they were talking about". Tried to give them a dollar coin, then five dollar note. Still no progress, this went on for several times, her supervisor stepped in, still no idea what they were on about. Finally, one of them said "We need to swipe you card for one dollar to confirm its validity, you will get it back at check out."
Finally, progress. At check out, no return of dollar but a ten dollar bill for parking, duly paid. If I hadn't pre paid, I would have walked out at check in. NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO GRAND CHANCELLOR. Score of 0. Still waiting for my dollar, its not the monetary value but the principle. In fact, new score of -10.
