The first room I was assigned was an ADA room and it smelled like sewage. The second room was cleaner except one pillow had no pillowcase and there was a lot of garbage under the bed. I was too tired to go ask for a third room.
My Uber driver left my bag in the back with my ID and now I cant check in...even with Apple pay and an ID pic on my phone . Its the worst service I( have ever had. now i am sitting in the lobby at 1:30 in the morning waiting for the UBER driver to return my bag that says it could take 24 hours.
Room had bugs, hallways smelled like Marijuana, and someone had a cat in room with litter box ypu could smell in hallway as well. Room next to me had an eviction notice on door. Left after one night
