No hot tub! This property had great reviews on Expedia, which is why we chose it, but we were disappointed. We checked in around 7 pm and the customer service woman was in the lobby on her Ipad. She didn't come to the counter right away, and she remained on a video call with her boyfriend while checking us in. The hallway had a big blower set up and smelled, as if something had happened to the carpet. Our room was not the cleanest (especially not considering the many "excellent' ratings of cleanliness). The shower had someone else's hair in it, wallpaper was peeling off the walls, dirty spots on the walls, mold on the doorframe (due to a leaky shower). The room was spacious, but not very quiet - lots of noise from the room above us, including what sounded like bowling after 11 pm (I think they were continually rolling around in the desk chair on the laminate floor). We knew there was no breakfast included, which was okay, but they didn't even have complimentary coffee available in the lobby, and the woman who checked us out was very curt and unfriendly. The other big reason we chose the hotel was because it listed an indoor hot tub as an amenity. When we arrived, we had been driving for several days and we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, which had apparently been filled in (many months/ years earlier, according to the maintenance staff). This property needs to remove the hot tub from their listing on Expedia and they should do some deep cleaning.
