THEY COULDN'T FIND OUR CAR KEYS!!!!
parking is a hefty $24 per night but we opted for the convenience anyway. The next morning we asked to go to the car to retrieve a forgotten item. It took a frustrating 30minutes for them to locate the keys despite providing room number and valet voucher. They lied multiple times during the process and one staff member even began acting aggressively towards me. Here are some of the excuses they offered
1) are you absolutely SURE you're room is xx?? 3times this dumb question even after they verified using the computer
2) just wait for the security guard to arrive. Truth: security guard had already arrived and asked for the keys, they couldn't locate them
3) sir we found your keys, the car is out front now
TRUTH: went outside and the car wasn't there, thought I had completely lost my mind, asked the concierge if he sees a Chrysler 300, not there, phew
Staff: "Sir, you're being unreasonable, you have to understand it's really busy at 10am bc people are checking out"
Me: I asked for the keys at 11am and no one was here, it's now 11:20 and there's still no one here, what are you talking about?
started showing random sets of keys saying, "are these yours". YIKES
Worst staff I've ever seen!
