Stayed multiple times. Nice place.
Only issue I keep running into is I always pay for late checkout at either 1 or 3pm instead of 11am. And every time, EVERY time, with the do not disturb sign on the door, and with my late checkout prepaid for and in their system, I have cleaning personnel knocking on my door at 10, 11,12, 1 oclock.
This last stay, I had 3 cleaning personnel knock on my door before my checkout, then 1 hotel staffer ask me if I was leaving soon while I was on my way to get a coffee, and then a hotel manager with a walkie talkie knocking on my door at 1:30pm with an attitude telling me I need to leave, when my check out wasn't until 3pm. that late check out information is easily available to them. So, get your stuff together in that regard Ambassador folks. I didn't pay an extra $75 for late checkout EVERY stay so I could be hassled and harrassed by staff and management all day.
Also, they only have 2 elevators and one of them was broken for our entire stay. Guess I'll take the stairs.
