Upon our arrival, our room was not ready, it was ok as we arrived before our scheduled check in. Tu be front desk attendant told us she would call or text us once room would be ready. It was 4:30 and no call or text, so I went to the front desk and our ready was ready
We all agreed that this was the best hotel we've stayed at!! I gave a 4 for cleanliness because of some socks left on the floor by bed but other than that it was AMAZING!!
We booked through hotels.com for our stay for our anniversary. When we checked in, we were told that we couldnât have a king bed (which is what we booked) but they upgraded us to a corner suite. The suite was spacious but a bit worn out. The bathroom was also not very clean.
The staff was excellent! Ed, at the front desk, was fabulous and he didnât have it easy. The AC was not working well, couldnât get the room cooled below 74 degrees on a weekend that reached close to 100. Our shower was not draining but maintenance was there in a timely and very efficient manner. With these troubles it could have been a disastrous stay but the staff was so helpful, we had a good time in Cleveland.
