Unfortunately we had ants in the bed (a lot of ants) and, while the front desk person was as kind and helpful as she could possibly be, the Manager took about 10 hours to respond to offer some Marriott points. Certainly a missed opportunity at hospitality and genuine concern for a guest experience. The hotel is nice and the staff tried to help with a fully sold out hotel- there was not much they could offer.
Your staff at check in were very polite and helpful. Could not have been better. The fire alarm and evacuaiton seemed a bit excessive for someone having caused smoke 3 floors below us but we respect the need to be safe than sorry. I was mostly surprised to hear the fire department was there long before the alarm and evacuation order. Seems a bit odd they would delay in making the decision. We were awaken at 11:00pm and looked out the window to see the parking lot full of fire depart. resoponse equipment and manpower.
I had Breonna as the supervisor at the desk. She was amazing!! She needs to run her own hotel! I can't say enough good things about her. She was so kind to me and appreciated my kindness in return. Loved Breonna!!
