I should have stayed at stay bridge across the road. I would have gotten another level of EVERYTHING for an extra 30$ Someone from management needs to go stay there so you can understand what you need to focus on in your hotel. Beds were hard. I was treated as if I was going to break the rules bc I had a pet. I did not feel comfortable at all. My room was extremely loud employees walking by talking so loud I could hear it over my TV and ac. I used to clean houses and the cleaning was very low standard for a 100$ a night room. The corners need scrubbed bc they don't like to clean them. You can tell the effort is not there. I will advise people to spend the money and stay across the road.

I was in Wilmington for one night with my dog for an event. As far as the hotel staff they were very nice however the outdoor property was horrible. For anyone staying with a dog I would not recommend this property as not only was there no space allotted for the dog to relive themselves but also no lawn at all, with lots of trash scattered around and homeless people loitering the property at all hours of the night. They were outside drinking, etc. I have a very large dog but even still it was so uncomfortable between the people hanging around and the lack of clean surroundings that I had to walk him across the street at another hotel property. As far as inside it was a typical semi rundown looking place. My room appeared clean enough until I went to take a shower to find a used soap bar up top and a toilet that continued to clog throughout the night. I have never needed to leave a review like this but people need to know. If I hadn’t arrived later in the evening with an already prepaid room I would have left to find a new place to stay.
