I stayed at NH for 5 nights in order to attent a training. I will absolutely avoid this hotel for my future trips. I have stayed in many hotels, from classy to basic, but have never been adressed by any reception personnel in the way I have been by the NH reception staff. Not even a hallo when checking in, no eye contact, received my key with the inly comment ‘your room is on the first floor’, had to ask myself if the payment had already been made through my credit card, ... and i was the only one checking in at that time so it wasn’t like it was busy or anything. No one ever picked up the phone when calling the reception. Had an issue with my safe and was told to ‘look for the paper with instructions in my room’... The rooms are spacious and clean, its nice to have a pool and sauna facility, a gym etc... but the whole experience left a bitter taste unfortunately. I will avoid any NH hotels in the future and wont recommend to anyone.
