We are a group of 14 French and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during the Detroit Auto Show (January 21st to 24th), we booked 7 rooms in May 2018 and paid € 2100 for these 3 nights. Upon our arrival and check-in, the hotel checked out for a second time the three nights which is still € 2100. We noticed this the day of our last day in the Midwest when leaving Chicago to return to France. We contacted by email the general manager to inform him of the situation, he naturally asked us to justify us via our statements of account. We justified our damage and after a lot of exchanges remained mostly unanswered, we learn that our situation is the top priority of GM and that he will commit to pay us back as soon as possible ... Today this It's been two and a half months since we returned home to France, and to date, two rooms out of seven have been reimbursed, since no news, no communication, total disregard, it denotes with a large hotel chain, I find scandalous to take people hostage in this way, it's been almost three months that I have to live with 1500 € of damage. I do not recommend this hotel, go your way, they are serious.
