Not at all happy.
We had reserved a king one bedroom suite for 2 adults and 1 child. When we got there, we were given a small room with a queen bed and a filthy hot tub. We went back to the desk and was told that there were no more suites left. We then asked for a room with 2 queen beds, since the room that was given is very small. We were told that we could not switch to another room since we reserved through Hotels.com. I asked, “why did you all switch us from a suite to a small queen room?” We were informed that the Manager did it and there was nothing she can do. We ended up having to pay $20 more to get a roll away bed. And another thing…the hot tub in the pool area is not working and was advised that they will not be fixing it. They still advertise the indoor spa on their website. We will not be going back to this hotel ever again.
