When booking it’s difficult to know rooms are not around the pool. Maybe label it so it’s clear which rooms will be part of the other building. Calling reservations is useless. This is the third time I’ve had this experience calling this hotel. I leave a message an and didnt get a call back either. I booked anyway via Expedia because i love the cabanas and pool area.

Great location, walkable to everything. Great restaurants. Extra fees charged are too much. $58 parking fee is ridiculous considering they park the car onsite at the hotel. The $28 fee was explained to be for the "free coffee" and the pool. Seems like a cash grab.

Lovely little boutique hotel Great service
The hotel is absolutely charming and feels like a boutique hotel. The service was spectacular and it’s just a lovely little place to stay. My friend and I each got our own rooms but we both had only one complaint the shower is outrageously slippery. They have a smooth marble on the floor of the shower and that should not be. At a minimum they should offer a rubber mat or put some of those no stick aftermarket things so that you wouldn’t slip in the shower But other than that it was wonderful.
