The property was fine when it comes to bang for your buck. Unfortunately during our stay the water was shut off for the property, then the water had crazy amounts of dirt in it. The next morning there was no hot water. Having a toddler with us, this wasn’t ideal. The staff never notified us, we contacted the front desk via my cell phone because they unplugged their front desk line and I was given an “oh well not our problem” type response. Being that we had a toddler we checked out a day early, when asking about a refund for the unused night they told me to contact Expedia. When I contacted Expedia they needed to coordinate the refund with Red Lion and the hotel was unresponsive so I’d have to wait up to 72 hours for a resolution. The hotel room was ok, the couch was filthy with stains all over, white stains which left me eery to have my kid sleep on it. The amenities were scarce. Tweakers hung out in the parking lot during the day which also made things uncomfortable. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but the location of the property was convenient.
