This location was extremely clean, and very comfy. Parking is pricey at $40 a day. The shower was the best part of the room. I would definitely be back when I am in the area. Staff isnât so great at all but the stay was great.
The room was just fine, when we checked in I wasnât told about anything, they just wanted ID and credit card then told me room number. Had breakfast Sunday by lobby and only had 1 person working, he was trying his best but service wasnât real good, he couldâve used help. Then when going to leave the elevators werenât working, walk down 12 flights carrying our luggage
The service wasnât efficient no direction. Hotel doesnât have any convenience's. The price is strictly for the location of the hotel. And they havenât processed the final charge to release the hold on my account Iâve stayed at several hotels and upon check out received my deposit back
Ice machine was broke - 7 floors to find working one. Elevator broke on check out day. After 15 minutes waiting to leave for the elevator, another guest shared that it was broke. We carried a great deal of luggage 11 floors to exit. 91 degree weather. Disappointed (and sweaty).
We came down to stay for the Timberwolves playoffs. Didn't make the game, but the goal was to stay somewhere nearby all the energy and vibes of Wolves country! The Rand did not disappoint, so seamless with the parking and walking to nearby watch parties. The Lyons Pub and Tom's Watch Bar were within 2-3 blocks. Definitely will be back!
I reserved a king bed room. What I got was a studio queen room. Is there any refund that could come back to me for the issue? Or a decent credit towards another stay in the future
Great aesthetics and the room itself was very nice, a corner room with incredible lighting.
Had to report a broken toilet 3 straight times. "Engineering" couldn't figure out how to get the tank to refill so we had to fill it manually.
The check-in guy delivered absolutely 0 information about anything regarding the hotel and it's offerings while the gal next to him gave each guest a total low down.
And I know this is likely out of the hotel's control, but the attached parking garage prices are diabolical and the hotel offers no help there, with the same rates as the garage itself. $80 for two nights. Brutal.
The lone gem of the stay was the lovely bartender who was working the night of 4/18 and the morning at brunch on 4/19. She was awesome.
