White Pines Inn & Suites propose une piscine couverte, une salle de fitness ouverte 24 h/24 et un bain Ă remous, mais aussi une aire de pique-nique et un jardin.
This was significantly cheaper than the Marriott that the rest of the team was staying at.
They offered breakfast every morning from 6-9 that was eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels etc.. a normal hotel breakfast.
They have a working swimming pool & hot tub open til 11p for kids then 11p-12a was for adults only.
The outside of this place had me reconsidering what I was doing trying to find a cheaper place.. Iâm not sure why.. it just gave me that feel.
The inside was very nice. No smell or mustiness. The air conditioner worked.
The TV worked. I did have to get my cards fixed for the room. I laid them against my phone and it deactivated them. So watch that! The front desk lady was super nice & helpful.
We stayed 5 days and the breakfast each day kept running out of stuff the selection was minimal no fruit at all, if they ran out of food 20 minutes before the breakfast ended they wouldnât make more!! No ice machine was working, we were on the 3rd floor I took the steps each day there was a french fry on them the first day and it was still there when we left! I donât think they vacuumed at all! The bottom step in the pool was broke could be hazardous for little kids!!
I'm not sure how this hotel got a 3-star rating, I would put it solidly as a 2-star. There were two different kinds of candy on the floor when we arrived, no tissues(we asked and they were out), and no washcloths. The bed was comfortable(seemingly clean) and the AC worked. We asked for late check out and one employee told us it was fine, then another front desk employee was rude to us, said the other employee was new and gave us false info. Even if that was true was it wasn't our fault and is poor customer service. The hot tub and pool area had no ventilation so they just opened a door, making it too hot in the room to even go in. Would not return on purpose.
My wife is in a wheelchair. I checked off handicapped access on the Hotels.com reservation. Clerk at desk claimed to not have that information. But ultimately found us a room with access.
We had no wash cloths not any days we was there. We didn't sleep well, because there were dogs barking throughout the night in a nearby room. Our room key had to be reprogramed everyday. All the ice machines were broken. People had dogs in the breakfast area. The Hotel was old and ran down. The swinging pool was dirty with a nasty film on top. The elevator needs service asap! This was a very bad experience for me and my wife.
We had 2 rooms on 3rd floor. The hall was mostly quiet in the night and morning times. Good. The beds were comfy and clean. Great. The check-in was generally fast. Good. Parking was available. Great. Only one entrance so parking could include a walk. Average. The shower tub drains were slow (creating a small pool). Poor. The AC worked fine (a bit noisy). Good. The towels were sparse (had to ask for more). Bad. The tower racks were loose. Bad. The breakfast was on par with higher priced properties. Good. The facilities is not fresh but serviceable. Overall Good.
Light/fan missing in room, just a mount with wires hanging down. All ice machines were broken. Couch in room was dirty in stained, would not date sit on it. Bathroom fan didn't work. Tub was dirty/stained. Missing art/mirror on wall, only mounts left. Sink light did not work until I realized that they were unscrewed. Staff did not try to fix issues, would not provide a different room. They offered a discount and never followed through.
The bathroom was not clean when we got there, but they were able to hand us towels. The fights in the other rooms were a little much. The bug in the toilet was gross. The breakfast was not ready enen an hour after serving time. On day two housekeeping entered and put towls down with a do not disturb sign on door and i told her i would go down to get towels. Not fun or comfortable. Desk staff was nice.
