Very dirty, overcrowded pool and hot tub....hair clumps evwrywhere! Rooms were dirty and floors sticky in bathrooms. One elevator was broken and the one functioning one was so slow it was faster to take the 7 flights of stairs to our room. Beds were uncomfortable. Couldnt even get food at the breakfast because thwre were too many people. Will never be staying here again.

This hotel is very dirty. The pool area is dirty. The rooms were filthy. Only one elevator works so my son and I did take the stairs a few times and we were all the way on the 6th floor. The elevator wait times were well over 12minutes. The lady at the front desk disclosed there were people who lived at the hotel. I find this scary because she seemed close in contact with the tenant. This made me feel like my safety was at risk or financial matters could’ve been disclosed. I did not feel safe with leaving personal items in the room so I kept those on me at all times. I ended up leaving ay 1:30 AM in the morning due to noise and just down right not feeling safe. We will not be staying here anymore.
