Not special needs.
Apparently there are communication issues within the organization. When we checked in we asked about transportation to shopping area and were told that we need to notify them 1hr prior to us needing the transportation. We were both handicapped and informed them that we also have scooter and would need special transport. The next day when we called they told us that was not the fact and we missed the one transport there. After many calls and discussion they provided special transport for us to go. However, once again we asked about return to the hotel. Were told no problem. However later that evening were told, sorry out driver can't get you. At this point we were stuck. We had to find our own special transport back. After much discussion and arguing they deducted those charges on our final bill. If you don't leave the hotel you will have a great time. If you do, leave at your own risk. Special needs individuals beware!
